Veneers in Sarasota, FL

At the office of Magnolia Green Dental Care Dental Care, we offer veneers to help you beautify your smile in a healthy and natural way. Veneers are an amazing option to restore teeth that are unevenly spaced, misaligned, chipped, cracked or discolored. We offer porcelain, composite as well as EMAX brand veneers at our office.

A dental veneer is a wafer-thin restoration that covers the front part of a tooth. It is custom made to recreate the natural appearance of the enamel of a tooth. Veneers are bonded to the front surface of the teeth to improve the appearance of your smile and create a flawless, natural, and bright look.

The first and most important step of any form of treatment to enhance your smile is an evaluation. We carefully examine your dental health and discuss your expectations from your cosmetic procedure. Once we have zeroed in on veneers as the restoration option for you, we will explain the procedure to you. The veneer process takes two visits to our practice. During the first visit, we take impressions of the tooth to be restored, determine its shape and shade so that your custom veneer can be made accordingly. We send this information to a dental lab where your veneer is made. Some enamel of the tooth that is being restored needs to be removed to allow for the thickness of the veneer to be accommodated. We send you home from your first visit after placing a temporary restoration on your prepared tooth. Once your veneer is ready, the temporary one is removed, and the new one is permanently placed on your tooth.

Porcelain veneers are a long-lasting cosmetic solution, and with proper care, they can last for many years. All you need to do is maintain proper oral hygiene and visit us for regular checkups and cleanings.
